Terms of service

By creating an account and using Klic, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. Klic is published by Konect Group SAS (see legal notice).
The French version of this document is the legally binding one.
1. The service
Klic is a social media analytics tool for content creators, agencies and brands. The service is provided “as is” and may change over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Choose a strong password; we enforce a minimum strength when a password is created or changed.
3. Plans and pricing
Klic is free and unlimited for creator accounts: connecting networks, statistics, content analysis and taking part in campaigns.
Plans for agency and brand accounts differ by how many campaigns are run at the same time. An archived campaign no longer counts towards that limit and stays viewable.

Prices are shown excluding VAT and are in euros; VAT at the applicable rate (20% in France) is added. We may change our prices: any change is announced at least 30 days in advance and only applies from the following billing period. Creators invited to a campaign never pay anything.
4. Billing and payment
The monthly plan is billed in advance each month and renews automatically. The yearly plan is billed in advance for 12 months at the price of 10: 2 months are free. Invoices are issued by Konect Group SAS.
If you change plan mid-period, the difference is prorated over the remaining time. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features after an unanswered reminder; your data and history are kept during that suspension.
5. Term, plan changes and cancellation
The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time by switching back to the free Starter plan from your settings or by writing to us: it ends at the close of the current month, at no cost. The yearly plan runs to its term and is not refundable on a prorated basis, unless the law provides otherwise or we are at fault.
When a paid plan ends, the account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your existing campaigns and their history stay accessible, but you cannot create new ones while your number of active campaigns exceeds the free plan's limit.
6. Right of withdrawal
Paid plans are aimed at professionals acting in the course of their business. Where the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal nonetheless applies (in particular for a business with at most 5 employees subscribing outside its main field of activity), it can be exercised by writing to contact@krt-app.com within 14 days of subscribing.
7. Instagram connection
Connecting your Instagram account is optional and goes through Meta's official API, with your explicit authorisation. You can revoke that access at any time. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, not to attempt to access data that is not yours, and to share your statistics only with third parties you authorise.
9. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
10. Account deletion and suspension
You can delete your account at any time (see the deletion procedure). We may suspend an account in case of abuse.
