Frequently asked questions
Why don't creators pay anything?
Because Klic is only worth anything if creators are on it. Every feature (stats, audience, content analysis, taking part in campaigns) is free and will stay free, with no credit card.
What counts as an active campaign?
A campaign running in your space: creators invited, content tracked, stats kept up to date. A finished or archived campaign no longer counts towards your limit, and you keep its history.
Is there a limit on creators?
No. Whatever the tier, you can invite as many creators as you like to your campaigns. Only the number of simultaneous campaigns separates the plans.
Monthly or yearly?
Monthly, you can stop whenever you want. Yearly, you pay for 12 months at once but are only charged for 10: €2,500 excl. VAT for Pro and €5,000 excl. VAT for Unlimited: 2 months free.
What happens if I change tier?
You can move between tiers at any time. The change takes effect immediately and billing is prorated for the current month.
